While there is no public access to the Aquarium building during the current lockdown, Customers using our Cafe or Bait & Tackle takeaway service will have access to hand sanitiser, will be obliged to wear masks and will be served by our staff wearing masks.

  • Can I still pay with cash?
  • We encourage you to use cashless and contactless payments as much as possible but we will still be accepting cash payments. All till points accept card and contactless payments.

  • Will I need to wear a face covering?
  • We are asking all customers to wear a face covering when placing/collecting their orders for either Cafe takeaway drinks/meals/ice creams and those placing/collecting orders for Bait and Tackle.

  • My membership expired while you were closed, what do I do?
  • Your membership will be extended to cover the time you have missed. Please email for more information.
